From the supplier: Farm and City Insurance Services of Forest City, IA, has been awarded $8.7 million in damages in a dispute over customer lists. Foremost Insurance Co, the loser in the case, was judged to have abused its business relationship with Farm and City by misappropriating lists that included policy expiration information. Farm and City’s counsel accused Foremost of trying to steal recreational vehicle business originated by Farm and City and marketed by the two.
