How Can I Find The 2012 Football Recruiting List From The State Of Michigan?

I’m trying to find the 2012 list of prospects from *The state of Michigan.* Not the University of Michigan, the state of Michigan. So they would be freshmen right now. Is there a site I can find this list or is there some sort of recruiting law about freshmen?

    there is no such list. How could scouts know about incoming freshman?

    Rivals.com would be your best bet. I don’t know if they post recruiting lists for that early in a high school career, but I would check rivals.
